Hello! I’m excited that you’ve landed on this page to see what this ‘Designing Leadership’ thing is all about. Well, here’s the lowdown: I’ve been a Design Leader in the tech industry for quite a while now — building teams from the ground up and leading teams to build awesome brands and products. I’ve collected learnings, experiences, dos and oh-please-definitely-don’ts along the way. ‘Designing Leadership’ is an avenue for me to share my experience and knowledge with this community to help design leaders and managers navigate this rather ambiguous path.

I’m committing to posting on a weekly basis, covering topics like what it means to be a design leader, how you can advocate for user needs alongside business goals, why retaining a strong team is more difficult than hiring one and how you can go about doing so, and much more!
